Transparency

During business interactions, coaches are expected to maintain transparency with clients. Clients should be informed about the individuals they are communicating with, receiving advice from, or building professional relationships with. Team members must identify themselves by name or state their association with a coaching team.

ROAR ^AI requires that all communication between coaches or coaching teams and clients be transparent. This includes providing clear information regarding the nature of the support offered and disclosing the relevant qualifications of coaches and team members.

Care for the client

Partnering coaches and their team members are expected to possess relevant qualifications in physical health, nutrition, and/or mental health. Coaches are advised to conduct online coaching from a client-centered perspective, ensuring that clients actively participate in and contribute to the decision-making process. ROAR ^AI provides comprehensive tools and guidelines to all coaches, facilitating the development of interventions that consider each client's preferences, values, goals, and circumstances. Coaches must only accept clients for whom they have the appropriate competence and expertise to provide effective support and guidance.

Care for the coach

Coaches are expected to maintain and develop their professional skills, with ongoing support from in-house health professionals at ROAR ^AI. ROAR ^AI recognises that health can be influenced by an individual's physical, mental, and social well-being—a perspective applied to both clients and coaches.

The organisation has introduced a burnout questionnaire designed to identify potential cases of burnout among coaches, with the goal of prevention. Participation in the questionnaire is voluntary. ROAR ^AI also provides relevant guidelines for coaches to follow as needed.

Age requirement

Clients are required to be at least 18 years old to engage with a ROAR ^AI coach or utilize the ROAR ^AI platform. Coaches are expected to diligently verify clients' ages and promptly discontinue services to any individual found to have misrepresented their age as being over 18.

Client satisfaction

ROAR ^AI is committed to maintaining transparency regarding client satisfaction levels. To ensure objectivity, we utilize an independent third-party provider, EPSI Rating, for monitoring client satisfaction. This ongoing assessment enables us to verify that our services meet quality expectations and supports our continuous improvement efforts. The resulting client satisfaction score is prominently displayed on our website.

Intolerance for illegal substances

ROAR ^AI does not tolerate the use of illegal substances in fitness. Neither does ROAR ^AI tolerate any advice nor coaching, implicit or explicit, on the consumption or use of illegal substances and performance-enhancing drugs.

Business compliance

ROAR ^AI conducts business exclusively with partners who comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries of operation. Tax evasion and illicit activities do not align with ROAR ^AI's code of conduct. As a result, providing current business information to ROAR ^AI is required for cooperation.

Data protection

At ROAR ^AI, we place the utmost importance on user privacy. All information is handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with our legal obligations.
